This documentation is prepared to inform you about how corpus' details works.
User Details
This slideshow indicates details about editing user details and adding new users to the system. First 5 login attempt you will be automatically redirected to this page to edit the details of your account. Because the missings are important. After first 5 login, you will not be redirected to this page.
Then you will be redirected to edit the details of your account.
As you are the admin of the tenant, you have chance to add users to this account. Fill in the form with valid params and you will create the new user of the account.
The list of the users belong to this Account. The tenant part, and the account of the user now active, can be reached from this menu.
Left click to the raw of the user will give you the user menu details.
Books Received - Indexing
This slideshow indicates details about Book Received model's indexing.
You can index books by clicking the submenu under database, book received.
The attributes that are belong to book model are these.
Left clicking the raws will open the menu for each book record.
Creating new book.
Auto-complete author attribute on forms, all recorded author names can be used as an autocompleter in new book forms. It will help you to find out easily attributes used before.

The publisher recorded in database will give you the attributes that are needed to be recorded in the book model whenever you complete them.
Books Received - Searching and filtering

Full text searching on books. A fast search, in important attributes of the book model is available. It will really help you for quick responses.
Bulk data action menu. It is possible to remove or download data tables through these function.

Submissions - Indexing & Posting
This slideshow indicates details about Submission model's indexing and posting.
Indexing of Submissions
Params that are recorder for the model submission.
The menu of submissions, to take actions for the each raw item.
New submission with the autocomplete titles from the book titles indexed in the previous model.

Submissions - Filtering & Searching

The bulk data actions are available for filtered results.
Only admins can remove the filtered data from the whole model, agents also can download lists as CSV file format.
It is possible to make a full-text search in the submission model, it is fast and convenient to find details of the model.
As in filtered results, it is possible to make bulk data actions on the full-text search results.
Contracts -- Indexing & Posting

Contract index indicates various sorting options.
Left click on a raw of the data will open the menu.
New Contract from scratch, normally contracts are getting generated automatically with triggering the submission model. But clients have options to create them manually. The title of the form is autocompletable from book title recorded. And other autocompleters also work here.
Titles can be autocompleted through book titles recorded on the system.
As before, most of the form elements have fetch and autocomplete functionality.
Categories can be fetched through recorded category names on the Categories model.
Published data indicates variables about your publishing details.
Bandrol data indicates variables about your contract's bandrol details.
If the contract is assigned to coagent, you can point this situation to follow in the future processes.
Contract has status that defines the situation of the contract.
Contracts -- Generating new models depend on the contract
Generating invoices, payments dependent on the contract data.
As the left click button opens a menu, it triggers some functions on the raw data. Normally after status complete on a contract, it generates a payment depend on the contract, in this scenario you can generate the payment depend on the contract automatically. Also it indicates, functionality of triggering invoices depend on the contract. The samples and what variables it indicates will be explained in the next slides.
Contract source can be fetched into an invoice with such parameters. When invoicing for a publisher, it fetches most of the variables from the publisher model if it is saved there.
As your variables which are recorded can be fetched into the invoice as seen here. Also you have chance to send the invoice as an attachment to the contacts of the recorded publisher.
Also you can generate invoices for the target publisher with the variables above.

Contracts -- Full text search & Filters

Payments -- Indexing & Posting

These are the attributes used on the payment model.
Payments indexing with paging, it index plenty of records at the same time.
Titles can be autocompleted through book model attributes.
As all previous models, payment model has fetchers and autocompleters. On the normal workflow, the payments are generated automatically that you have chance to edit them, but also you have chance to create them manually from scratch.

As all previous models, payment has the functions of full text searchers. You can search anything on the important attributes that will ease every little thing, as you can apply bulk data actions to results.

Categories -- Usage & Indexing & Adding users
Details about how to use categories through corpus.
Through corpus, you are free to add unlimited categories, and to add whatever user you want to it. These categories will be beneficial for various reasons. As here, you see the categories of Anatolialit, and how they index with the users in it. For example, the triggering mechanism just send emails to the users in related categories.
As you left click on the category, you will get the menu of the category model.
You can add users to the categories you want, so some actions only be available to the users added there. Only admins can change these situations, for example the users recorded in accounting can only see the payment and payment report details. The priviligies are getting developed, you have chance to request new types of priviligies in future developments.
Publishers - Indexing & Posting

As all other models, publishers can be indexed with such attributes. This model indicates some accounting prerequests.
In the example, total 300 publishers and co-agents are located in the corpus for the client, Anatolialit.
As all other models, you can add new publishers, and edit them.
